Olive Oil cooking spray and Flax seed
Refrigerator:
Lots of varieties of fresh vegetables. i.e. zucchini, onions, asparagus, fresh mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, red peppers, carrots(I buy a 5 pound bag and peel and cut soon and put in a gallon zip lock. Everyone eats them faster) etc.
Coconut milk (add to smoothies, more healthy for you)
Cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and yogurt (mix cottage or ricotta cheese and yogurt together with chopped nuts and berries for a mid snack)
Chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds, macadamias, etc (healthy fats)
Whole flax seeds-grind with mini coffee grinder right before you use it.
Whole eggs
Peanut Butter
Salsa
Butter (I buy costco 5 lb I Can't Beleive it's Not Butter around$5-between cooking with and eating we go through it pretty fast, maybe 3 months.)
Avocados (healthy fats, fiber, and other nutrients. Add to wraps, salads, or sandwiches.
Whole grain wraps and whole grain bread (at least 3-4 grams of fiber per 20 grams of total carbs)
Rice bran and wheat germ-(add to yogurt or smoothies or muffins or breads to add nutrients and fiber)
Leaf lettuce and spinach along with shredded carrots for salads with dinner.

Frozen buffalo or other lean meats
You can also stick your flax seed in the freezer.
Cabinets:
Oat bran and steel cut oats-higher fiber than instant oats.
Cans of coconut milk
Various antioxidant rich teas-green, oolong, white, rooibos, chamomile tea. (I don't drink teas and therefore am oblivious as to which ones we mormons can drink, if you like them or want to try them, you'll have to figure it out for yourself. Add tsp. honey to sweeten)
Stevia-sweetener
Raw Honey
