Now fold in half to make a smaller triangle.
Cut even strips, but not all the way to the end (leave 1/2 inch or so) Make sure you start cutting along the longest side of the triangle with the open end on top and the closed/folded end on bottom. I cut 6 times if that helps.
This is what it should look like opened up after it is cut.
Now take the center and glue the edge and fold over to make a cylinder.
