Zucchini Relish

The other day I canned the Zucchini relish and some salsa. While canning the kids got out there paint a piggy bank we got from the dollar store. They had a lot of fun and the pigs were cute after. I got alot done and didn't have to listen to the whining or the "Can I help?" Courtney was also taking a nap. Talk about perfect timing.

Also, the salsa I canned was really good and got good reviews from all that tried it. I added that recipe and a wheat bread recipe I got from my friend Laurel on the recipe blog.
